*NO-CALL NO SHOWS* If you no-call no-show your appointment, you will be charged 95% of the booked service & possibly be banned from future booking. *CANCELLING / RESCHEDULING* I require 24 hours notice of any cancelling or rescheduling. This allows me the opportunity to potentially fill the time slot with another client. You may cancel your appointment & reschedule by using the link in your email & text messages. Any last minute cancellations (any cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time) will be charged 50% of the booked service. *NEW CLIENTS ONLY- NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS* The number of no-call no-shows has risen to a rate that isn’t sustainable. Most of the no-call no-show appointments are new clients, so now I will require a deposit of 50% of the scheduled service upon booking your first appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the final payment for the services rendered. If the appointment is cancelled within my posted cancellation policy guidelines, the deposit will be refunded. Any adjustments made outside of the posted cancellation and rescheduling guidelines will forfeit the deposit and may require payment of the other 50% of the scheduled service as in my posted cancellation and rescheduling policy.
