✨NO-CALL NO-SHOWS✨ No call no shows will NOT be tolerated. I try my best to be understanding but the amount of no shows I’ve had recently is not fair to me or my other clients. Everyone is required to put a LEGITIMATE card on file. For a no call no show, you will be charged for 95% of the booked service. If your card on file declines, you will automatically be banned from booking appointments with me. Two strikes & you’re out, meaning if you no call no show more than one time, you will be banned from booking with me & any pre-booked future appointments will be cancelled. ✨CANCELLING / RESCHEDULING✨ I require 24 hours notice of any cancelling or rescheduling. This allows me the opportunity to potentially fill the time slot with another client. You may cancel your appointment & reschedule by using the link in your email & text messages. Any last minute cancellations (any cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time) will be charged 50% of the booked service. Any cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 95% of the service cost. ✨NEW CLIENTS ONLY- NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS✨ The number of no-call no-shows has risen to a rate that isn’t sustainable. Most of the no-call no-show appointments are new clients, so now I will require a deposit of 50% of the scheduled service upon booking your first appointment. The deposit will be applied towards the final payment for the services rendered. If the appointment is cancelled within my posted cancellation policy guidelines, the deposit will be refunded. Any adjustments made outside of the posted cancellation and rescheduling guidelines will forfeit the deposit and may require payment of the other 50% of the scheduled service as in my posted cancellation and rescheduling policy.
